Save the Fat please
I think there should be a government program for low income people who need special diets.You know like people who have diabetes or over weight or heart disease act.Even if you have food stamps you are.more likely to get the cheaper food that is fatning and bad for you.I need to be on a special diet with a lot of fresh food and vegetables but they are so expensive....Just a though.

It's over ...
My life long problem with my step father is over,why ? He passed away Monday.He can never say mean or cruel things to my mother nor myself again.He will never make a deference between my sister and I .No my problems are not over,but I feel that now they are gone I have a fighting chance and I will fight.
